Your health and safety management system will include the mandatory policies, procedures and forms to ensure your compliance with provincial legislation, and keep your staff/workers working safely. All required documents will be available electronically for you to update as your business needs change.
SAFE WORK PRACTICES
Safe work practices outline how a task should be performed with minimum risk to people, equipment, or the environment. These documents will be made available electronically for your company to access anywhere on the go.
NEW HIRE ORIENTATION TRAINING
New employees require a company and role specific orientation. Delivery of these orientations will be supported onsite and tailored to your unique health and safety hazards, risks, worksites, procedures, and practices. These training programs will be instructed by experienced safety professionals in the specific industry required.
WORKER TRAINING
Online and onsite training is available to all management and workers. ACT Health and Safety, offers more than 10 online courses from 10 different languages for you to choose from to meet the training requirements for your workplace.
ONGOING ADVISORY SUPPORT
Once you have implemented your health and safety management system the ACT Health and Safety team will be available to assist you with ongoing questions, guidance and documentation with weekly/monthly advisory hours. The advisor hours are used to help maintain or improve the overall health and safety system.
